VCCS 2000

The VCCS is used for automatic cutting of pork carcasses.

The VCCS is a camera system used for horizontal carcass sides on a conveyor system. The anatomical features and measurements extracted from the images are used to control rotating saws to cut the carcass accurately into ham, belly and shoulder.
